Hi. Does anyone know how to help resolve issues please? I've had ongoing problems with O2 now for about 5 weeks! Phone is a waste of time as your just passed backwards and forwards to people who are absolutely useless at their jobs!!!! Many trips in store but they can't do anything as according to the guy I spoke to they're just sales people!!! Customer complaints guy was supposed to ring me Tuesday after reviewing everything and it's now Friday and nothing! Genuinely the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life!!!!

@makatak1967 A mast that isn't working has nothing to do with your WiFi. That's the province of your broadband provider. If you've stopped paying your bill, expect your credit rating to plummet and for O2 to pass what you owe onto a debt collection agency.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

@Fern1 Issues with what?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

I have been with 02 for many years and have all my family mobiles on the account 6 in total. Whilst the customer servcie has never been good. its now useless. Since the Virgin media changes I can't get to talk to anyone as the wait times seem in excess of 45 mins everytime I try. They say my data has run out but the My02 indicates it has not. The data bolts on are stupidly high...Their automated A1 based communication system is the most useless tech I have had the displeasure of using. SO I plan to cancel and move to somewhere else...ANyone else have the same problems and who should I move my accounts to.

Best advice before moving is not to rely on coverage maps. Try out PAYG SIM cards on the other networks to see what is best for you

@X40MAS

Daft question but what is telling you, that you have run out of data, is it the phone, sms notification??

Also as @Enlli says get some PAYG sims and test coverage, but I can recommend Spusu (EE) and Honest Mobile (Three)

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account

Have you tried O2's Social Media team, @X40MAS? They are reachable on Instagram, or Facebook (link directly below if you need it), but they cannot offer support via X currently. Whichever platform you use, stick with it and be persistent. Good luck.

Not everyone uses Facecrap or X (I deleted my accounts on both about 7 months ago), I contacted CS on Instagram back in July, worse than useless doesn't even begin to describe these people.

I'm sick and tired of being put through to people in a different country. I'm tired of it. They don't understand my accent, they spend half the call which is stressful enough as it is saying 'I'm here to put a smile on your face and take away all your problems', then you're put on hold for about an hour and transferred to 3 different departments. They won't help even the most loyal of customers. Sick to the back teeth of them. Have a lovely day.

@Sassy2

Simple answer, pay up and leave as o2 wont be moving CS back to the UK any time soon, so your only choices are the smaller Virtual Networks or EE
