These people are simply the worst I've had the pleasure to deal with in a long time.  The first thing they did is lie about the contract sneaking in a 4 year deal after agreeing a 2 year. I cancelled the phone within a few days and they still tried to deliver it.

That was well back in December and it's still showing as a debt. I've not got my refund, they are asking me to pay for it now.

I've never had anything from them. I have proof its cancelled yet still every day something more is harassed to me.

Om out of pocket, stressed, credit file affected. All because they have no ability to resolve a simple cancellation

They can handle cancellations before delivery it seems. Your story is not unique.

I suspect the phone is returned via a different channel and does not register in the system 

Pity there is nothing we can do here as we are simply customers. 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

This is the email I have sent to O2 but to be honest its just the tip pf the iceberg compared to how I've actually been treated by them the last 4 months. They are without a doubt the worst company have ever dealt with.
 
 
I am absolutely disgusted to my core with the service I have received from O2 over the last 4 months.
 
What started as a simple upgrade and adding on an internet box has resulted in us occurring charges for a phone we have never received. Severe loss of earning due to having insufficient equipment to run our business. Emotional and psychological stress of dealing with such an inept business. Hours of lost time trying to resolve the situation and having to deal with the WORST telephone line I have ever dealt with in my life.
 
I have been promised countless times that a manager would ring me back. Never has this happened. I have lost count how many different members of staff I have spoken to regarding my grievances and complaints. I have been cut off more times than I would ever like guess.
 
I have never come across worse customer service in my entire life and the fact that the O2 'managers' are always too busy to speak to their customers and NEVER even have the decency to call them back is absolutely disgusting.
 
I want every phone call recording I have made to O2 sent to me since October 23rd 2024. I have requested this numerous times and I am still yet to receive them. I am entitled to this by law to which you cannot refuse. I want this by the end of business on FRIDAY 17TH JANUARY 2025 as this has been requested for over a month now with no avail.
 
Attached is my phone record just from TODAY. To which I was cut off 11 times, including the last time when I demanded a managers time. Never once have I been called back, even after asking repeatedly on numerous phone calls to have a call back if I was cut off and leaving so many complaints about the state of your phone lines! 
 
You are a telecommunication company with the worst automated service I have ever heard. Most times it does not connect correctly. It never recognises the number you are calling off. The options change every time and it takes about 4 attempts of getting cut off before you even make it through to a customer service representative.
 
I have never been more appalled by the way I have been treated. I will be taking my case further as O2 need to be reprimanded for the way they treat their customers. 
 
I have countless evidence collected over the last 4 months that show O2 have made no attempt of trying to deal with my complaint or even treating me fairly as a customer. Or even refunding the money they are taking off us each month, in fact you have had the cheek to charge me for the phone AGAIN this month!!!! With no phone in sight!!!

You mention "your complaint" @JBPlumb so it appears that you had complained before sending that e-mail ? If so, are you aware of the possibility of escalating your complaint to the Ombudsman, subject to sufficient time having elapsed ?
