These people are simply the worst I've had the pleasure to deal with in a long time. The first thing they did is lie about the contract sneaking in a 4 year deal after agreeing a 2 year. I cancelled the phone within a few days and they still tried to deliver it.
That was well back in December and it's still showing as a debt. I've not got my refund, they are asking me to pay for it now.
I've never had anything from them. I have proof its cancelled yet still every day something more is harassed to me.
Om out of pocket, stressed, credit file affected. All because they have no ability to resolve a simple cancellation

They can handle cancellations before delivery it seems. Your story is not unique.
I suspect the phone is returned via a different channel and does not register in the system
Pity there is nothing we can do here as we are simply customers.

You mention "your complaint" @JBPlumb so it appears that you had complained before sending that e-mail ? If so, are you aware of the possibility of escalating your complaint to the Ombudsman, subject to sufficient time having elapsed ?
