Hi, I am getting a new laptop with W7 installed , i have a O2 Broadband usb dongle , can anyone please tell me if this is compatible with W7. Regards - Mick
Win 7 is vista based, so most of the software that runs in vista should be fine, i've put win 7 on 3 of my machines and only a couple of software packages were not compatible, which was only my AV software but a quick update fixed this...

Correct. But Perksie is correct in saying the majority of Vista drivers will work on Windows 7, but I am not convinced the Vista dongle drivers will. It seems that some communication devices need their own OS-compatible drivers.
