I have just upgraded to windows 10 on my pc. The 02 site will not let me download a pdf copy of my detailed bill. Any solutions reasons?

I'm using windows 10 with Firefox and have no problem downloading or printing my latest bill. Try a different browser.

It was the same with the older versions of Explorer.
