Hey. I'm a pay monthly customer and have had my contract on my phone plan originally an iPhone 6, for over a year now. I see that I can unlock my iPhone for free. Unfortunately the iPhone I purchased completely broke a month ago and am looking at buying a new one via tesco mobile. I know tesco runs on o2 network but have seen mixed opinions online about an o2 sim working in a tesco mobile iPhone. I would like to keep using my o2 sim, which still is in contract till January 17.
But my question is on this free unlocking service will they still allow it even if the phone needs unlocking from another network (tesco mobile)?

Your O2 sim will not work in a Tesco locked mobile and you will have to ask Tesco to unlock it.
O2 will only unlock phones that they have locked I'm afraid.

What is wrong with the iphone 6?
