I attempted to order a new phone online through a 24 month contract and it required £9.99 up front. To complete the order I had to call 02 and they wanted information on passport or drivers license. I couldn't offer these so they couldn't proceed with the order... yet they still took the £9.99 upfront fee. Will this be automatically credited back to my bank account?
