Is WiFi Calling now enabled on the O2 side by default? As 360 migration is complete, I remember reading somewhere that these services are now enabled on all Contract accounts, but can't find where I read that 😖
This https://www.o2.co.uk/help/network-coverage-and-international/wifi-and-4g-calling confusingly says:
First, you'll need to add Wifi and 4G Calling to your account. It's quick and easy to do too.
For personal customers, please sign into My O2 and go to Device Details. From there, tap Wifi and 4G Calling – this is where you'll be able to add these features to your account.
Can't find that section in the new web-version of MyO2...
Help, unhelpfully, shown below, takes me to the link above:
Perhaps one for @Dave-O2 to take on next week 😎😁

Thanks for flagging again @pgn
I'll get this confirmed and if necessary request for the website to be updated 👍

And it needs updating down in this section as well, @Dave-O2 -

And another bit of 4g - WiFi calling misdirection: the O2 main website IMEI checker here reports
This is using the 1st 8 digits from my brand new (purchased direct from Google!) Pixel 8a.
The page is clearly in need of updating, if not total obliteration, @Dave-O2 - especially as more and more countries seem to require/prefer 4g calling capabilities for roaming.
