😖😖‌ Why is it so difficult to get one number from my Tesco sim to my O2 new payg sim! 1 week Ithey have been telling me 24 hours what the hell is wrong with them? I won't be recommending O2 to anyone I know.

Tesco Customer Services rate highly in reports. O2 are constantly near the bottom

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Absolutely true @Enlli ; the only reason anyone might move from Tesco to O2 is for cheaper prices.  

 

O2 seem to be falling apart currently, with customer service, porting, accounting and payments, fraud and a number of other issues causing concern. It is feels almost like a Gerald Ratner moment !
