As per the title, I know it isn't offered on PAYG, but I want to know why.  After all, the other provider give it on PAYG.

It was rolled out six years ago, they didn't do this when 3G became 4G.

Does anyone know if it will be made available or do I need to jump ship?

Yet another post irrelevant to the topic.  What's the matter, did I blow your reply out of the water?  That was a rhetorical question.
