Why i Left O2

Left O2 about 4/5 years ago. Bought a pay&go sim for daughter and trying to get it topped up is ridiculous. After the on line chat of going round in circles I realised why i left. I now have to wait upto 7 days to find out why the sim is not updating.....I think not.

I got the unlock link. Thats fine. I never thought to askl Volunteers. I thought staff who worked for O2 could help. My bad.
