Why i Left O2

Left O2 about 4/5 years ago. Bought a pay&go sim for daughter and trying to get it topped up is ridiculous. After the on line chat of going round in circles I realised why i left. I now have to wait upto 7 days to find out why the sim is not updating.....I think not.

The guidelines on here are written by customers (like yourself) Not O2...just customers.

Full list here if you are interested. Also we have gone from topping up to unlocking.
