Just find it annoying when you tell O2 something that is wrong with their website and they just don't bother to fix it.
I am travelling to Ireland and discovered on the International calls section there is on offer an "Ireland Bolt On". Gives you a cheaper rate if you don't use data etc.
Spoke to an O2 guy on the live chat and was told "We don't offer the Ireland bolt on any more."
Fine. Then TAKE IT OFF THE WEBSITE!!!
Doesn't inspire confidence in the company.

Not really hard to take off offers that no longer exist o2 really should be acting on this quicker
