I got several friends who are on supermarket sims, they piggy back on O2.

Guess it's like home broadband, I stay with well known UK fiber internet which is well known, when you move away you add a 3rd person and it's nightmare.

For rest of my life I am keeping my mobile number and saying with O2!

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion and experience.

What if things change, especially with the absorption of Virgin? Nothing is fixed in the world of mobile telecoms. Orange... gone  T-Mobile gone. Vodafone circling Three.

And always the risk of being snapped up by Venture Capitalists or Hedge funds. A combined O2 Virgin would make a likely target in the future

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
