With all these website "improvements", its hard to keep up, a page that I found yesterday, no longer exists today , over the years o2's services have grown rapidly, o2's services are great, but there website however has failed to keep up with all these new services such as o2 money, everytime a new service comes in to play, its just crammed into the website without any thought.
i think the solution now is that they start over. brand new website. fresh start!. built from the bottom up. This would be great step for o2, all their services would link in properly, user areas can be cleaned up and made to look more presentable. The services can be seen from a whole new perspective.
i can give many examples of over complicated websites, BT is one, they are a huge company, but they failed to keep there webiste simple and easy to understand.
i think plusnet have really turned there website around, and why's that?, because they started from scratch, there brand new website is easy to navigate and most of all, its very practical and looks very neat.
if you agree with me, then kudos this post, or reply with "yes", lets get some attention here.

The O2 website has already undergone some decent changes and as far as I know it is still a "work in progress".

Leonard has set up a thread where you can report bugs or broken links so he can get them ironed out.

The O2 site has been a mess with dead links for months and months but they are still in the middle of redesigning it. It's painful and slow at the moment but I'm not sure it's at all practical to shut the website down for days and start afresh.

Unfortunately they didn't, we have been asking for improvements for nearly five years to my knowledge.

However I'm not defending the useless way the upgrade was implemented. Broken links are embarrassing for any personal websites. Now when your a multi billion pound company broken links are shockingly bad.
It's almost like bob the sales guy thought he'd have a crack at making a new website without permission and got bored half way through(if there is a bob in sales I'm sorry its purely coincidental :))
