Where's the wesite feedback option?

Just had one of those website survey popups on the o2 site and would like to offer feedback, but there doesn't seem to be anywhere to do it.

Would like to tell them that it's unreasonable to just expect customers they need to install a browser add-on to anwer survey questions, especially in the current climate of data handling scares.

What possible reasonable excuse could there be for installing such a thing to merely submit answers to questions?

Activex, and who removes those after they're finished with them? How many users would know what an activex control does or how to get rid of it if it's not in the usual place in Control Panel?

Actually, I can think of several preople (hello, mum!) that wouldn't know how to uninstall anything that is in the relevant Control Panel applet; she asked me to take Chrome off for her yesterday LOL

Activex is used for some animations and it's more a case of trusting the site that wants to use it rather than Activex itself.

That's why Windows always asks you first.

I've used just about all the features on this site over the last five years and never had a problem if that's any help.

Haha yes my mothers exactly the same.
I had a call a year or so ago saying that she thinks windows was slowing down the computer and then asking if she could uninstall it.

Is it active x then?

Actually, submitting this form results in a 404 error, where the server cannot find the page i erwquested.
A handy Livechat window opened up and I had a little chat with someone telling me to use IE because Firefox isn't compatible with some certificates.

With support like that, o2 are doomed!

Yeah it's an activex control. 😞
This is such a siully thing because I have been so happy with 02/be service over the last 5 years; why have I gotten so heated over it? LOLOL

Accept the Activex and solve the problem, I use Firefox with no trouble.

LOL not a chance.

I don't install what I won't personally use and certainly won't install something that is completely unnecessary for the purpose it is suggested.
I'll just have to not offer my views.
