Yet again I’m still without my refund. I’m absolutely sick of calling o2 customer service and all of their lies. Sometimes as soon as I manage to get through I’m then immediately cut off? On Tuesday I think I was cut off around 5 times and spoke with 3 different call handlers who gave me three different excuses for why I haven’t received it yet. I’m now going to start posting it on every social media platform
Please stop spamming the forum with the same complaint. It's been answered twice and there is no more advice on offer here.
