Where have the contact numbers disappeared to?

Anybody else unable to find the contact us numbers on the o2 Contact us page?

I know the site has always been full of missing and broken links but I honestly don't remember it ever been as bad as it is at this present time.

This link still works but you have to search for it.

Working fine for me. I still see the contact us option! Maybe it's a bug like that problem I had. Or it could be the forum people are messing around & making it difficult for people to use the site

@stuart1983 read what I posted it is a specific link missing are you not reading the whole thread and posts???? the original post was about contact us but this was another part that was there now missing (please read before a stupid comment!!!)

We shouldn't have to! Many people don't realise there is a search facility and there should be a direct link on the support pages.

The website is terrible at the moment and needs someone with a bit of IT knowledge and common sense to put ALL relevant information on the support pages and get rid of obsolete links.

Really poor website O2!

About time they brought these jobs in house.

I have started getting more survey pop ups recently, but having reported so many site issues and seeing very little done I just ignore them now.
