Where do I go about getting 500 free txts and minutes?

To other networks like Orange for example? I currently pay £15 a month for unlimited txts and calls to O2 networks. Have been doing that deal for about 3 years now. I'm looking that little bit extra because I've got a new woman on the scene and problem is, she's Orange. Doesn't take long for that £15 credit to disappear considering it's 12p a txt to her lol. I would ring customer services and see what they could do for me but tried looking on this website and not a number to be seen lol

You can customer services from your phone, just ring 202, it's a free call
