Well off for the next 4 days so will be interested to see what happens. I won't be flagging or reporting anymore but being honest I don't think the moderators care, or O2 know how bad it is getting. My main sites are my independant site and the Apple communities and if this place was run like the Apple site we would have no problems. Or at least lasting more than an hour or 2.
I know you sort of have a connection with some of the o2 staff Adam, but it always seems to be when it is something changing at their end not doing it for our benefit so can selected users get some feedback on what is changing or do we just say farewell.
Just a thought as I can't think of specific examples.

Forget twitter o2 how can an issue be resolved in 140 when some issues are over 500 on here
