@Kei-M_O2 @Dave-O2 this is crazy with these orders now, what is going on? Why can someone order now and receive in up to 4 weeks according to your website however us that have been waiting 6 weeks with estimates of up to 3 when we ordered still waiting?

Wouldn't pay any attention to the delivery times on the website @Benlfc as the stock information is not live.

Until the order is placed any time scale is a complete fabrication.

@gmarkj speaking to the sales team is still no good as all they do is tell you they’re awaiting stock for the order and read off the website and quote what it says there for delivery timeframes, my order has been in since the 10th September along with the others on here

Yes @Benlfc , I am also still waiting without any real idea of timescale. I ordered on the 17th of September, so a week after you and some others. My order still shows as processing with a timescale of more than 4 weeks. I have spoken to the O2 sales team and the O2 customer services team, and the only information I gained was that I'd be waiting a long time. No one really knows when the stock is due to arrive, and no one can give me any indication as to when my new Apple Watch Ultra 2 Titanium with Milanese loop will arrive. If patience is a virtue, then urgency would be divine, or at least give us an update to maintain morale.

@JayRockz-II I said I wouldn’t but I’m seriously considering getting one of the other Black Ultra 2 watches with a different strap and ordering the Black Milanese strap separately. Can order one of the other watches for delivery/collection tomorrow and order the Milanese strap separately from Apple for delivery definitely end of November/beginning of December

 @Benlfc I’ve been thinking about doing the same thing, and it’s definitely something to consider. But here’s the thing, I don’t mind waiting if it’s a necessary wait and genuinely beyond O2’s control. But if that’s the case, why not at least communicate and let those people in limbo know something? Stipulating “More than 4 weeks” and then leaving things still “Processing” for 6 weeks or more without a real explanation from O2 doesn’t seem good enough to me. It’s hard to believe that Apple hasn’t given O2 any relevant stock release or delivery dates for this specific item at this point.

Apple are now showing as delivery within 1 day now for the large Milanese loop, so Hopefully we won’t have long to wait.
