Ordered on 1/12/24.

Same problem as others, S24 Ultra not received, just says processing. Spoke to girl yesterday who said  that there was a backlog and hoping to get all orders delivered by 20th.She said they've set up a temporary warehouse but were prioritising Apple orders first!?

Spoke to local O2 store who said they've had no deliveries of stock or click and collect for over a week. She did say they received three click and collect phones this morning.

As worrying though is that there is no mention of delays on O2 shop online, so if you order today, what chance of getting it for Christmas?
