The landline number only is 5ppm so as above, you should call from your mobile....

I phoned up yesterday I was through in 10minutes. Much quicker than some companies I deal with (who have smaller user based)

It's just unfortunate/lucky timing some days.

For me it was 50 minutes this evening after woeful information from web chat. The refresh contract seems to be problematic, the link you need to folow to validate your cc agreement seems widely not to work and you have to wait 72 hours from its expiry until they send another. Perhaps that might in part account for how busy the lines are.
