WHAT ARE 'VOICE' CHARGES ON MY BILL?

Hi

I have recently looked at my monthly bill and noticed £5.00 for 'voice' charges.

Does anyone know what exactly this is.......perhaps voicemail?!

Also, I have been hearing that phone companys are charging MMS charges when you use the 'enojis' in your texts.....is this true?

Voice covers all calls. It's possible you have called numbers not included in your minute allowance. You should be able to check that in myO2.

And yes, some ppl have been charged mms charges for using emojis.

Tell us which phone you are using so we can advise on how not to get caught out.
