Voicemail is OFF but I still receive voicemail notifications

Voicemail is turned OFF on my phone

The same number keeps calling AND I  have BLOCKED that number

 

BUT I still receive notifications that a voicemail has been received 

 

PLEASE TURN VOICEMAIL OFF PROPERLY

Blocking numbers just immediately diverts to voicemail so you need to lobby phone manufacturers to change their software to fix this.

If someone is seriously harassing you, report it to the police and if necessary, change your number Guide: How to change your mobile number

I do not use Facebook, Twitter or Instagram

I expect O2 to read the messages on their facility (this page) and reply accordingly
