Vigin to Transition Customers off Vodafone on to O...

Just to say that as from this week Virgin are transitioning customers away from Vodafone and on to O2.

At present all new connections and replacement SIM cards will be O2 based. No ETA for completion but been informed some time before the end of the year.

Billing and Customer service will still be Virgin

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Sounds like it will be the usual clusterf**** from Virgin Media as the migration to Vodafone has been.... So VM will have customers on EE, Voda and o2... I feel sorry for Customer Services...

Do you have a link to this or was it a VM forum VIP / Fake customer (who are really staff) leak??

No it wasn't a fake link. I know the person and they were giving me heads up.
