I tried closing browser and logging in again and the numbers online dropped by 6, can't be right!

My guess is that it has to do with the cookie settings for the main site.

Shame they didn.t put a proper fix in place the first time. I'm afraid it's indicative of the whole O2 website at the moment Leonard.
