I have seen some posts about 02 sending new phones to the wrong address. Is this a common problem? I ordered an upgrade on the app and for some reason they got DPD to deliver it to a property I moved out of 11 years ago. I don’t understand how this happened. The app only has the option to deliver to the Billing Address (the right address) so how did this happen. Also why does o2 have this information from so long ago - is that GDPR issue?
Asa side note o2 customer service is rubbish. Agents constantly put down the phone or say they will transfer you to the right department and you end up back at the start of the automated answerphone! When you do speak to people they can’t help because of the “system” or they can help and promise to phone you back but don’t. Not good enough o2!
