FYI, we have had to remove the filter on the community for personal numbers. There is a bug in the forum software and Lithium is currently investigating it. We sometimes need to acquire member's numbers via PM (for rewards, escalating queries, etc) and the bug is disrupting that. In the meantime, please report any personal numbers a soon as you see them. The email filter is however still active, as well as one that picks up banking info posted accidentally.
We're also looking into making it as clear as possible on joining the community that this is 'customers helping customers' environment, as we have seen a few threads over the last week that are a little more account-related. Please welcome any of these members guys, explain what the community is, as well providing CS access info. Also, feel free to ask them to introduce themselves in our Welcome section , as its always great to see new faces

Toby do we need to resend our numbers for rewards or did removing the filter restore them ?
When the filter is triggered, we can see via an email notification the content that was filtered, so have collected all numbers we have been sent
