I recently switched from a PAYG tariff to a Rolling Plan but there is a balance remaining in the PAYG - can I use this to fund the Rolling Plan? Or can I get a cash refund?

Also, whenever I make a call I get a notification of the outstanding balance which implies that the calls are still being made on PAYG, not the Rolling Plan - is this correct.

Rolling plans only renew from the card you registered, not any balance.

The credit remains for any out of allowance use.

If you want a refund of the balance, you'll need to ask O2 by calling 4445.

Notifications of balance will still apply unless you ask O2 to turn then off.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

No you cant use the balance to pay for the rolling plan and it will be used for anything not included in your plan.
You also cant get a refund of the credit.

You need to contact o2 on 4445 and ask them to turn off balance notifications.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
