Hey,
I recently purchased a new phone from O2 but I haven't been able to connect to the network due to my phone being listed under 'fraud'. I was given an email to contact the fraud team. It's been 2 weeks and I've heard nothing from them and I'm not able to use my phone. Wondering If I can get some assistance as it's been hard to find any help.
