The messages are headed O2 but the free phone number is 2729. 

I have moved to an independent business provider so have no O2 bill at all.

Maybe you should check with your business manager or call 8002 to check if you have any outstanding payments on your account?

I have had no more correspondence about this and my phone is still working as normal.

I have checked my O2 account and there are no charges.
