If anyone is planning to ask O2 to unlock a mobilebe aware that I have just been told it will take 7-12 days. I was previously told 72 hours when I first raised the request then 7 days. Each customer agent has a different answer. Now without access to a handset as already moved my number to a new provider.
Poor customer service and the information on the website is not correct.
