Solved: Unlocking my old iPhone 4

I've upgraded to the iPhone 5 about a month ago, I still have my old iPhone 4 which I want to unlock before I give it to my brother for Xmas what's the best way to do this, I had it on pay monthly

Put the iphone 4 IMEI number on the form and your present mobile number. As long as it's been used on the iphone 4 previously it will be unlocked. It won't have any effect on the iphone 5 as you are not putting that phone's details on the form.

I have already seen this and tried it but it is for the current phone you are using, I am no longer using the phone and have already transferred my number etc on to my new nano sim
