Just spoke with o2 and have been told that cctv is not supported!! Just spent loads of money on a system and cannot access away from home on my mobile. O2 wouldn't tell me why they don't support cctv. Been a loyal customer for many many years and now and leaving this network!! Cctv works perfectly on EE. Please be aware of this if you're planning on installing ip cameras and wish to access them on o2, very unlikely to work!!

Were you told they would work on o2 or did you just "assume" they would?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Try running a VPN on your phone, Betternet works easily on an iPhone and is free.
I have a similar issue and the VPN works for me until I get O2 stop doing whatever it is they do. I don’t think it’s blocked ports just some kind of traffic management.

Has anyone figured out alternative, how to set up VPN?

I've just got the SIM last week, it was workIng fine for a couple of days then stopped day before yesterday. I called o2 they say it's an app issue, clearly not because it work on WiFi and on other mobile devices with other networks. Any one been able to bypass or find solution?
