Hi O2,

Question for you/something to point out.

Oddly, your choice to make the type small on the first page of this app means thatanyone wanting to check their remaining pay-as-you-go data (most people) have to a) search all over the place b) zoom in c) struggle to read it and also (if anything like me) wonder who made that choice to make one of the most sought after bits of info so illegible and difficult to locate??!

UX snafu.

I’d be very grateful if you could fix that in any upcoming update. 😊

Also, I’m a designer and could redesign this for you and make it fantastic. Give me a shout!

@FrankieB

Have you got something in phone settings to enlarge the font?

I find it perfectly ok. More info here

Phone settings cannot enlarge the app font size.

The amount of data remaining should be easily visible to the user, not lost in small type. All four of us had to search for it..

@FrankieB

Can you post a screen shot as on my pay monthly app it is massive and very obvious?

PAYG app must be different I guess but can't check as my Mum has that phone currently.

Wow, the screenshot above is WAY better. On mine, it’s about the size of this type, contained within a sentence!!

Hi @FrankieB thanks a lot for taking the time to post your feedback and comments about the My O2 app. Sorry to hear you're struggling to see the font size. That's good feedback we can pass on to the My O2 team. thumbsup A screenshot would definitely of help though - did any of the advice above clarify how to do it or are you still struggling?
