Tu go not working

Anonymous
Not applicable
I have a Nokia 550 with Windows 8.1
The Tu app just says loading or comes up with a white screen. I've reset the phone and re installed the App but this has made no difference.

It doesn't work on windows phones unfortunately.
Many users will tell you the same.
You may get it to load eventually if you're lucky but I've never got it to work properly on windows phones.

Hi @Anonymous I don't use Tugo and only could advise you to delete the app and re-install...but you have already tried this. Our two Tugo experts @MI5 and @jonsie are offline at present ....though may be able to offer more advice in the morning. Welcome to the forum by the way....:smileyhappy:

Are the TuGo team aware of this issue @MI5 ? If you look at the app info it clearly states it works on these devices

  • iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch (with iOS5.0 or higher)
  • Android phones and tablets (with Android 4.0 and later)
  • Windows phones (with Windows Phone 8.0 or above)
  • PCs (with Windows 7, 8 and 8.1)
  • Desktop web browsers using the latest versions of Chrome and Firefox

If they read the Windows App Store feedback they will be very aware.

I can understand the problems with iOS but there is no reason for it not to be as good on Windows as it is on Android.
