I have recently changed my plan from pay-as-you-go to monthly pay and I wanted to keep my number, I spoke 4 times with customer service and each call was more than 30 mins (some of them an hour), and the customer service just always put me on hold, and just wasting time. And after all that, my number has not changed.

The O2 customer service is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with, it is a scam, really a scam, the people just play with you, and there is no feedback at all, they are rude and always lie.

I have never imagined that I would face such a thing, especially with a company in a first-world country, this is absolutely weird. I wish I could cancel everything with them and leave without ever thinking of coming pack

You need to contact customer service
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
