Transfered from VM last week and I've a mobile number missing from my account, I've tried to contact customer services etc since. I think they are the worst customer services I've ever come across, a really good start to my new supplier.

Although VM have said all numbers on an account should come across together, in typical VM fashion that is not happening, and you will have to wait until VM decide to port across your additional number.
not a lot really o2 can do, when its a donor led migration
And you seriously have never had the misfortune to ring VM CS??

Numbers cannot be merged at the moment in My O2 and each number will need it's own email to register on different My O2 apps
