Three is carving into O2’s customer base, taking four O2 customers for every one it loses, according to Three CFO Richard Woodward.

This is the same company that yesterday said they could have urban congestion problems

Interesting that, although further down it says two customers from other networks for every one lost.
O2 commented that their churn rate is the lowest in the industry.
Surely with unlimited data now they will have even more congestion, it doesn't really make a lot of sense does it?

Well I joined back in the BT cellnet days and was a happy customer, until this year, I've left (but not gone to 3) can't see me coming back, every other operator was offering a better deal than o2.
my BB experience was a total and utter nightmare and I wouldn't recommend if you paid me. thank goodness for the happiness guarantee, I was able to move to a provider who actually supplied a service.

Removed by me, as The Telegraph seem to have a problem with their dates.

That's strange when I checked it yesterday, it had yesterday's date or I wouldn't have used it! 😐

My Broadband is with vivaciti, it works and is cheaper than o2 and I didn't have to wait 4 months for connect or make a zillion calls.
my mobile is with Talk Mobile (not Tmobile). I got more minutes/talk/internet for half the monthly cost of my o2 contract plus the phone of my choice free. I couldn't get the handset from o2 direct only via CPW.
having been a customer since the 90's I was hugely disappointed in the deterioration of service from o2 and the mega porkies!
