I had an issue with some unknown charges in my bill, and I was quite angry when I called customer services. The guy I spoke to, Josh, was extremely helpful at fixing the problem and even managed to calm me down (which really isn't easy).
I didn't receive a survey to rate my service, so I felt like I had to find some other way to give feedback.
