Terrible coverage/reception

I live in Wales, cf62 8 area. Its never been a real issue before, but since I've been working from home, I've become increasingly frustrated by the fact I can barely get a signal at my house. I live in one of not if ghe largest town in wales,10 miles from cardiff. I have to rely on.my virgin broadband for mobile Internet and even have to use wi fi calling. When virgin goes down , I am often rendered without mobile data, and very poor calling,and have to walk around for a signal. Given how much I pay across three devices, and that I don't live on a rural area, I think this is not good enough and after years with 02 I find myself having to consider other options.

Problems in Cardiff and Wales in general have been reported for years on here.
