Now there were rumours that many of the swiss made watches would be jumping into this sort of market.

It was touched upon last week when Swatch got in first by publicising they would be 'fighting back'....( though not developing a smartwatch) Swatch are just going the bluetooth and contactless payment route

Neither of them will be for me though. I just need a little watch that tells the time.....It must be an age thing, I am happy with a number of devices. I do welcome progress but can't be doing with an all singing all dancing device on my wrist...I would need to keep my arm in a sling to be able to manage it
