System down in store

So I went in store to pre-order the new iPhone yet they couldn’t even send a code to my phone because the system had crashed and they couldn’t do it for me. Frustrating because I will now probably miss out on the pre-orders and I can’t go back again today. I’m on switch up so is there anyway I can try and pre order online later?

You can do it all online, but might be best keeping an eye on the iPhone mega thread
