Heads up from January switch up will be every 11 month instead of 3 month!

I just checked on my computer, can see the bolt-on and it shows as 11 months too.
Let us know how you get on tomorrow, bit sneaky if they've changed it earlier than advertised for existing customers and then won't let people 90 day switch up.
Call center tends to read of the screen, so if they see 11 months I wonder how many people between now and then get a 'computer says no' response.

That was another reason for me leaving after being with them for maybe the last 15 years.
They've hiked prices over and above our contractual terms how many times in the last 5 years? It must be at least twice, maybe three times now.
My average bill with O2 for all my services was circa £130 a month and it's all going elsewhere now as of the start of December. I'm sick of the goalposts moving, unreliable service and false promises of the network being upgraded in my area and now they've just GUTTED the whole point of the plus plans. I didn't upgrade every 3 months but it was nice to have the option if I ever wanted it, or something I fancied was released, it's a short wait if I had just upgraded, now it's on an 11 month cycle.. really?
My partner is also leaving O2 as well, but hers is down to cost but I had ul calls, texts and data with O2 whilst only using maybe 5-10GB a month and I can get a BF deal for unl calls/texts and 50gb of data for about £7 a month.. it's a no brainer for me, as well as no price rise for 12 months and it's only a 30 day contract anyway.. whilst my O2 airtime plan that I can now leave without penalty was £36 per month..
I do love how they also picked the worst possible time to upset a huge chunk of their userbase as well. Which genius decided to gut the plus plan and hike the prices just before Black Friday offers from other suppliers came out. How to cause our business the maximum damage possible?

If it wasn't for the discounts I get and o2 been the best coverage where I am, I would be doing the same...
And no idea what bright spark thought it was a good idea to do the change today, it really does smack of stupidity

So does this mean if I switch up today, I acatully still have 90 days as its before the 22nd Jan? Or has that changed?
Looking at my bolt ons, it says every 11 months but thats just wrong. I can switch up as of yesterday.

I tried and failed as the system doesnt recognise the IMEI for the phone, it comes up as invalid, so off to customer services I go..
