'Stuff you've bought' isn't very helpful on an itemised bill!

Anonymous
Not applicable

On a recent bill I was charged £1.66 for 'stuff you've bought'. I had to ring customer services and wait half an hour, just to be told what 'stuff you've bought' was! Any chance you could simply be more specific in future, and tell me what I'm being charged for on the bill - so not waste both mine and your time? Cheers!

If you go into the full bill breakdown it does actually tell you - it's not on the headline page.

Definitely O2 travel and like @Anonymous I agree the terminology used is confusing. Obviously I understand it now but didn't when I first started using it....

I know it's in the Bill breakdown...I am just more concerned that the teminology 'Things I have bought' is misleading. You haven't actually 'bought' anything

You may have USED O2 Travel and been CHARGED..

Just my opinion and giving support to the OP ..as it is confusing.

I wasn't arguing that fact - I was just pointing out that the info is there if you drill down so it should be easy enough for o2 to amend it to be clearer....

As I said it should be simple to make another charge as O2 Travel. The outsourced IT team should be instructed to make this not only possible but a vital necessity.
