I have recently purchased (tried to purchase) an Apple Watch series 9 with o2 who have already taken a deposit out of my bank account and sent me contract documents however I have not passed checkout.
I received an email on Friday stating that it will take up to 24 hours for my application to be reviewed, it is now Monday evening and still no sign. I have contacted o2 chat and no help. Has this ever happened anyone before and if so how long does it take to resolve. Any help welcome!

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you
