Strange calls

Hi, I received a call yesterday from this number: 0330 3035325 they said it was o2 calling but is seemed wierd, the line went quiet and she said she had pushed the mute button by mistake and couldnt remember what she wanted to talk to me about, this happened twice and then she said, are you feeling alright so I ended the call, seemed strange

Have O2 done anything to address the issue?

You know I just thought that as this was first reported in January that something might have been done to shut the scammers down by now.........?

You need to care about your customers first and that needs to come from the top and filter down to everyone employed by the company. Presumably O2 are making far too much money from these people to give a damn. They have a contract, a monthly payment and so why care how they get it it?

@TobyI certainly don't think it's legitimate.

Googled it again and checked the responses from people who got called by this number (just a small selection)

Of course it 'could' be a 'trusted partner'.....I wouldn't trust them at all.
