Hi @Crystal5

You need to contact customer services directly.

We cannot help on here, sorry.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Also you may want to check your account in MyO2 to see the actual status of anything O2 say you owe

Re: Stop update letter of default

@Crystal5  Please do as advised and check your My O2 account. As a rule, O2 don't normally send out demands for payment if there is nothing left to pay. If there is a payment you have left over, or may not be aware of, and do not settle it, it could have a negative impact on your credit rating.

Re: Stop update letter of default

I understand you have finished your contract but did you give notice as the contract does not automatically end. Is the account still showing as active in My O2?
