Hi, not sure if this is where to go, please move if it needs to be elsewhere.
So I took the offer and upgraded early, I saw the Oppo find X2 was in stock, to which once ordered I was informed it was not and there would be a delay. Does anyone know if the current border closes and Covid19 restrictions are going to delay the stock deliveries further? or if anyone knows what the wait times on restocking is?
Cheers in advance

We're all customers like yourself so have no idea, sorry.
You'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Just to add:
Anything coming out of China or Hong Kong is severely delayed as their is very limited air freight coming out of Hong Kong and is being prioritised for PPE etc.
(Most phones come through Hong Kong from Shenzhen).
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
